More than a property catalogue.
The UAE market brings together different intentions: a home to live in, a new project, a specific area or a better understanding of the market. A single showcase is not enough when people need different depths of information.
We built YPI.ae as a connected platform. Its central task is to preserve a clear direction between properties, projects and their surrounding context. Information architecture is as important here as the first visual impression.

03 / THE VISUAL LANGUAGE
Scale that stays understandable.
The design combines strong visual presentation with organised information. Large images create a sense of place, while consistent components support comparison and orientation.
We designed the screens as parts of one product. Moving between catalogue, project and additional context should retain a familiar visual language. This consistency makes a complex system easier to use.
